Every one of these exists because we needed it ourselves first, shipped it, and then ran it in production long enough to learn where it breaks.
The unglamorous software a company actually operates on: admin panels, dashboards, order and client management, reporting, role-based access, audit trails. Built to be read by the next developer, not just to demo well.
If a person repeats it weekly, it is a process waiting to be written down. We turn manual routines into scheduled jobs, queues and pipelines: data collection, enrichment, reconciliation, report generation, and the glue between systems that were never designed to talk to each other.
New sites, and — more often — rescuing existing ones. Custom WordPress and WooCommerce, Shopify themes, headless architectures on Next.js, multilingual markets, platform migrations, Core Web Vitals and technical SEO done at the template level rather than bolted on.
Card checkout, Telegram Pay and Stars, and on-chain settlement in USDT (TRC20/BEP20), TON, BTC and ETH. The part that matters is not the button — it is idempotent webhooks, unique-amount matching so two payments never collide, background on-chain monitors, reconciliation and a payout queue that survives a restart.
Not a chatbot on your homepage. Production pipelines: multi-provider fallback ladders that survive a quota wall, structured output validated against a schema, evaluation gates that block a bad generation before it reaches a customer, memory that knows when a fact was true, and parallel agents with isolated worktrees and single-writer locks.

an organiser cabinet — plus mobile-first web apps and PWAs. Signed
initData auth, biometric or PIN gates on money screens, native
theming, and rich link previews so a share actually converts.

Everything above is a screen someone has to sit in front of, often for hours a day. An internal tool people quietly avoid costs a company as much as one that is broken — it just fails less visibly, and nobody files a ticket about it.
So design is done here, by a designer, not approximated by developers picking a component library. Visual direction and brand, landing pages that are built to convert rather than to win awards, product and admin interfaces, a design system so the tenth screen still looks like the first, and redesigns of things that already work but nobody enjoys using.
Selected work
An outbound engine that runs end to end on its own: geo search finds companies, an enricher reads their site for contacts and buying signals, a scorer qualifies them, an LLM writes a proposal in the prospect's own language, and a follow-up agent decides when — and whether — to write again.
Search is moving into answers. This monitors how a brand actually appears inside ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini responses — whether it is named, where in the answer, in what light, and which competitor is named instead.
Eleven analytics tools behind one login: bulk metrics for up to 10,000 domains, backlink breakdowns, keyword clustering, geo classification of drop domains, ROI calculation and AI content generation.
Events, ticketing and a digital storefront living entirely inside Telegram, on one cart and one account. Six interface languages, an organiser cabinet with its own payout flow, and a referral currency that funds real purchases.
A multilingual publishing platform for launching localised sites at speed: WordPress as the editing backend, Next.js frontends, the whole thing Dockerised and deployed from one pipeline.
An always-on-top overlay for live calls that hears the meeting, transcribes it locally, translates the other side in real time and suggests what to say — without a bot ever joining the call.

How we work
We write down what the system will do, in plain language, and you approve behaviour rather than a wireframe. It is far cheaper to argue on a page than in a database migration — and it is the only way a fixed price stays fixed.
Something works and is deployed where you can click it every week. You see progress you can use, and a project that goes wrong goes wrong in week two, not week ten.
Not coverage theatre. We test the seams between components, the payment and data paths, and everything that touches a customer — because those are the places that fail quietly and expensively.
Code in your repository, containers you can run anywhere, credentials in your accounts, documentation written for whoever comes next. No lock-in, no hostage infrastructure. Leaving should be easy — that is what makes staying a choice.
